Good corporate governance practices have always been an integral part of Zyden's philosophy. Zyden promotes corporate fairness, transparency, accountability and integrity of the management. We also aim to align, as nearly as possible, the interests of individuals, corporations and society and thereby enhancing the stakeholders' value. Our commitment to good corporate governance practices predates the laws and mandates of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the stock exchanges through Clause 49 of their listing agreements.
